Due to technical works, on Wednesday, the 7th of October:
– it is NOT possible to purchase tickets online (from the websites ravennafestival.org and teatroalighieri.org or the platform Vivaticket), nor from the IAT tourist info-point, nor from the agencies of La Cassa di Ravenna Spa;
– it is still possible to purchase tickets by phone (+39 333 2009711) or in person from the Alighieri Theatre Ticket Office (access granted only on appointment);
– the official Ticket Office phone number +39 0544 249244 is NOT active, for information and bookings, please call +39 3332009711 from 9 to 17.
The ordinary ticket office service will be reactivated on Thursday, the 8th of October; updates on Facebook.
