Sung narratives and folk dances will return to the ancient lagoon city of Comacchio, in the setting provided by the architectural complex of the Pallotta/Trepponti Bridge and Palazzo Bellini. Ambrogio Sparagna and Orchestra Popolare Italiana are back with the 2nd edition of a special two-day event promoting local traditional values and gastronomy with a wealth of workshops and performances involving a hundred protagonists. And after going wild with Francesca Trenta at the grand ball on Saturday night, Sunday’s grand finale will stage “Canzoni a raccolta”, featuring ballads, folk songs and serenades from Rome’s folk tradition originally interpreted by Luca Barbarossa.
